- all the items, new or used, are guaranteed to play as they are intended by the manufacturers.
- if sold defective, the item will be replaced immediately. if a replacement is not available, full immediate refund plus return shipping cost will be issued upon return.
- for all non-defective returns, we offer an immediate refund of the total payment minus shipping cost, upon safe return.
* Our payment options and policies:
1. we prefer paypal and stripe for convenience and security.
2. you may send money orders, cashier's checks, traveller's checks, or personal checks. it must be received within 10 business days from order completion if it is a domestic mail. for international mailing, you have 14 business days for payment. any order, if not paid in time, is subject to cancellation. the purchased item(s) will be shipped within 1 business day AFTER the payment is cleared.

* Our shipping policies
1. as a rule, a single standard CD will ship within a business day via usps first class domestic and international.
2. as a rule, we ship everything heavier than a single standard CD via USPS media mail within the US. any significant difference between the shipping charge and the actual shipping cost will be refunded immediately after shipping. or you can contact us about a specific listing before completing the transaction so that we can adjust the listing's shipping method and chipping charge.
3. for all international orders of anything heavier than a standard CD or DVD, please contact us to confirm the shipping charge before completing transaction. otherwise your order may be canceled.
4. if you have completed payment for multiple orders going to one address, we will refund the excess shipping charge immediately after shipping.
5. Upon the buyer's request and at the buyer's expense, unless indicated otherwise in our listing, we will provide insurance if it is available.
